Heather Hart
Heather Hart is Nurse Unit Manager of the Diabetes Referral Centre, University Hospital Geelong and a Past President of the Australian Diabetes Educators Association. She is a current member of the Medical, Education and Scientific Advisory Committee.
Heather’s particular interests include diabetes service quality improvement and health professional education aiming to improve acute inpatient care and decrease diabetes related incidents
